4●4 FOOD BATON
"404 Kitchen" is a pop-up restaurant that incorporates laboratory elements to explore new possibilities in food.

The area is themed around "challenge" and supports individuals and startups who have never had a store before. The pop-up restaurants will feature a project curated by Rie Narusawa, a former Square Enix game producer who has also written books about eating out and run the popular food blog "Meshikue LV34," and author of "Ojinyosi," a book about eating out that was ranked #1 in 10 Amazon Books categories. There will also be pop-ups of specialty shops offering dishes that chefs have always wanted to try that can only be tasted here and are not usually available.
