This Edomae sushi restaurant serves fresh ingredients sourced from fishing ports all over the country, including bluefin tuna purchased whole by the chef, as well as fishermen in Noto and from fishing ports in Toyama and Kanagawa prefectures.

In addition to custom orders, we also offer the Kakida group's standard all-you-can-eat course.
Combine it with the all-you-can-drink alcohol course and enjoy eating and drinking to your heart's content without worrying about the price.

We also stock rare, carefully selected sake such as "Juyondai" and "Aramasa."
